They will respond by email, but they just continue to give excuses why they have not shipped the converter. When I call, all you get is a recorded message asking for a callback number.

I recently ordered a converter from AEI and now 40days later they have not shipped the converter. All I get is excuses and a run around when i email them and ask what is going on. Does anyone out...
