Wow, to the rafters. We were very lucky. We are the third owners and everything was in mostly excellent condition. One overhead mattress had to be tossed. Our outside needed tons of scrubbing from pine sap. Hope you have more pictures.

Yes! It is indeed down to the proverbial studs. The previous owners of ours had some less than stellar handy man aspirations, and left many holes and staples and other pains behind. We gutted the entire thing, and are rebuilding from the floor up. I try to post a few pics every time we have a demo session.
