That is a portion of the TV antenna system. There should be a round plastic piece used to turn the antenna and in the center of the round piece there should be a crank handle used to raise up the antenna.

    *UPDATED*
I was reading a new comment and re-read what was already here and realize I made a mistake with my own comment below:
"Oh! Thanks Gene. The antenna was attached when I purchase and I guess those other part were removed as well for some reason."

I should have said, "The antenna was NOT attached. It may also be why I did not see any part on floor that may have fallen as mainah had suggested. I wish it had but when I did purchased, I was misinformed about a lot of thing in regards to the camper. Well, honestly, lied. I do think they previous owner where aware of teh quality in the bones of Sunline camper or there may be more going on with it than I am aware. It was late in the season when I got it and I also do (and still do not) have the right vehicle to tow so it was not used and I could not buy a battery to see if any of the appliance actually work either. I am also not sure if everything is connect where the water flow as well. It is beginning to warm up so we will see.
