The dining area which like most converts to a bed; a rather large one too. I was pleasantly surprised to see just how big just that one bed could be. I was a little worried I might have sleep curled up on it…and I am not the least bit tall. The storage area above folds down into a bunk bed and there is window up there as well for light and ventilation. The valance, curtain and cushion cover all appear to be the original. I would like to brighten up the inside iwth either different curtains & cushion or by painting the wood; not sure if I wanna paint the original wood (doesn't seem right) but really would like to brighten it up some way. Any suggestions would be nice. There is wallpaper over the couch I don't mind painting or changing though.

    The valances & cushion covers are original, the curtains are not.
