    The spice racks all originally came shipped loose in a drawer. The paper towel holder and soap dish did too.

    Hah, well. That explains it then. That means that someone miscalculated a bit. I wonder for how many years. It doesn't look like the stove was ever used but I thought that it was just a good cleaning job....
