The stiff white material still will not be on the main part of the couch cushion. It is only on the flaps and the edges where the cover is attached to the springs. Hope the new cover works...

First, lift up the couch bottom about half way and take off 2 nuts on either side that hold the couch bottom to the lowering/raising mechanism.

I never received any written instructions...

Fraying couch material - Granola

The couch material on our 2007 T2499 is fraying out of the seam down the middle (front to back) in two places. Has anyone else had this problem? I have an email inquiry into Flexsteel.
