Yes, that is the one problem doing the exchange. But it beats buying a new empty one. If you have a BJs near you, they are usually the cheapest to get a refil.

You will probably have to exchange them anyway. Mist places won't fill a tank more than 12 years old without a recertification. Take the old tanks to a Blue Rhino stand and exchange them for new ones...
