I have never look at the Honda's carb but the Onan's have an altitude adjust external to the carb. No matter what you do you'll still lose about 3% of the engine power output per 1,000 feet.

It's all about supply and demand. If you are using the standard light bulbs in your camper and use an inverter to run a microwave, coffee pot etc. it will take a long time to recharge your battery....
