Soon to be SOB's

Barb and I are soon to become one of the growing number of SOB’s in the Sunline club. As many of you know Barb has already retired and I plan to retire by the end of the year. We had planned to buy a 5th wheel in October but caught a good deal on a Montana Mountineer that we both like and so we bought it. We have both very much enjoyed our 2499 since we got it in 2006 but as a long term camping trailer it is just too small. If I can get a quick offer on my 2499 I will not trade it in. If any one is interested please send me a private message.

Sorry to hear you'll be trading Rich, but I can understand your need for something with a bit more space. Hopefully the Montana will also serve you well for seven years!

Best of luck to you. We traded for the same reason. After retirement, the T-1950 was just too small for more than a week.

In this forum we're SOB's. In the Forest River Owners Group we're FROGS but we'll always be SUN-0258.

We have been retired for 12 years. We are snowbirds and we are going on our 2nd month here in AZ. Our T1950 is easy to pull and we can do everything in it that we could do in a 5th wheel. We have spent 2 months at a time many times. That is what makes the world go around. Everyone is different. Fifth wheels are nice but I disagree that you can live in a T1950 for only a week.
