Wiring diagram

Looking for guidance on wiring a range hood on a 17.5 SB.It seems someone prior to me worked(hacked) on the light and fan.Neither work properly as of now,but hooked up to a jump box,the fan works fine.The light has some sort of grounding issues,and a schematic sure would be a plus. The brand is a Ventline,can't find a model#.Thank's

I can't help you with an exact wiring diagram on a range hood, but they are not that involved unless you have something special.

Any chance you can post some pics so we can see what you are up against? Including the hacked up wiring? I can create a wiring diagram if I know all what you have. Light, motor, 2 switches, motor single speed or 2 or 3 speed etc? Single speed is easy, multi speed gets more involved pending a few things.
