It's called Phillips (brand) screw cover. I went to my local RV dealer, they sold it by the foot and had it in like 8' strips. If you have a piece of the old, it would be easiest to take it to compare for size. It's a pretty simple U-shape trim, but it certainly does get brittle with age.
