There's a similar thread in an Excursion forum I participate in where people post what they've done to their Excursions that day, from filling it up or washing it to doing major jobs. After working on the Sunline today, I thought, we should have a thread like that here!
BENEFITS:
- You don't have to create a new thread for something simple
- Helps build up your post count
- Helps all of us get to know you better
- Help others learn of unique, older mods without having to know to search for them
A PERFECT PLACE TO POST:
- A new modification you did
- Maintenance you did
- A new repair (or synopsis of detailed repair explained in another thread)
- A Sunline you saw somewhere
- About paying your Sunline a visit
- A unique, random picture you took of your or another Sunline
- Your new to you Sunline!
- Meeting a fellow Sunline owner
What I did today (sorry, no pics):
- Lubed all of my wet bolts for the leaf springs
- Tore apart the tongue jack motor, cleaned/lubed everything, reassembled. It was quite rusty and gummed up (I took it off my last trailer), causing it to really strain when picking up even just the trailer. It works much smoother now.
- Put new tape on a picture and dixie cup holder that both fell off the wall
- Loaded it up to get ready to go tomorrow!
