Just got my rig back from Campers Choice today

He did a great job and only charged me $500
He took out the door and window and resealed both
Replaced the bottom portion of the panel under the window and not a bad match for wall covering either.

I had a bunch of other stuff done since the work is good and you can't beat the price, new ball bearings (the local dealer wanted $349, he charged me $150 for example), electrical pigtail cord with cover, went around the whole rig and sealed anything attached, new bigger battery (mine was the original and shot) with new case,he went to Lowes and picked up the floor tiles I used and replaced those too and added trim to the frt.

Here are some pics of the damage, it being repaired and finished product

Couldn't be happier as I sold my house and my Sunny will be my new home for awhile....Full timer! 8)

I agree with Jim. Looks good and you did luck out finding him. Should give you some peace-of-mind as you live in it.

I feel so much better starting out after taking it to John, the owner of Camper's Choice

And you wouldn't believe the final price for everything he did! :D

It wasn't luck, it was a blessing from the Lord! He will be my go to place in the future also

Joan,

The fix came out real well. Good for you. Glad this worked out so well.

John

2002 Sunline T-1950 Floor rot

Here are some pics of what I've gotten into so far. Floor under bed and over to water heater are rotted. Shower enclosure removed along with shower pan, subfloor out and you can see floor rot to the corner. Floor under lavatory is coming out as well. Did anyone ever remove the partition wall between the bed and bathroom? Appears it is nailed in from the roof down. If this is the case for sure, then it is staying and I will floor it from the outside in. looks like the skin will have to come off around the bottom to get to some floor joists and possibly wall studs. Really is mostly time more than the amount of materials you need to repair these as I'm finding out. More pics to follow. Happy camping to everyone!!!
