Walk-Around Tacos for a Crowd
1 lunch size bag of Fritos per taco
ground meat (1 lb makes about 6 tacos)
1 pkg taco seasoning per pound of ground meat
3/4 C water
Assortment of cut-up tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, olives, salsa
Brown ground meat; add taco seasoning and water. Cook and stir until thick.
For each taco, break up Fritos in unopened bag. Slit bag at top, spoon in meat and desired toppings. Hold bag shut and shake til mixed. Walk around and eat with spoon.
This idea came from our local HS football stadium. We tried them for lunch today and they were quite good. Would be good for a group lunch - like the Baggie Omelets.
