Hi--novice TT user here. This T-1750's interior lights just went dim! They were working just fine til today. Now, they just come on really dim. All the AC outlets work fine, so power is there. Any ideas? Thanks

It sounds like a blown fuse. My dad had that same problem on his toy hauler (non-Sunline). There was a fuse in the side of the converter box that blew, causing the lights to run off battery only, and the battery wasn't charging. Of course, this had to happen on the first shakedown trip. All the outlets still worked because that is a different system.

Actually, we all went for a walk and I came back to go to the bathroom. After about 30 seconds of sitting in there, the lights all started going dim and the detectors started beeping, yet all the awning lights still worked. Well, enough said about that .

Jon, on your recommedation I checked out the converter box. There is an AC fuse inside the box, which *looks* intact. I haven't continuity checked it yet, because it means taking the entire box enclosure off--and I suspect that the converter itself just died. On the output side, I reset the 5 or 6 modern style resettable fuses and all of the maybe 8 traditional fuses look good, but nothing doing. I suspect it just isn't producing 12V anymore. However, before I go buy another I guess I'll pull the dang cover off.

Anyways, thanks for the input and story, the latter of which is quite amusing, especially for us coincidentalists. ;)
