Sunny Spotting!

Just spotted a '78 or '79 12 1/2' MC on US-23 just north of Brighton, MI about ten mins ago. I would have gotten a pic, but my fingers aren't fast enough... It looked to be in outstanding shape, though it was lacking the original wheels and hubcaps.

Our Sunline has a Sunline Owner's Sticker on the center of it's spare tire cover. They can be purchased on this site for less than $5. It would be nice if all Sunline owners/club members had one on their rig.

I find the club's logo to be particularly attractive.

To the owners of this web site I would suggest that the sticker, in smaller print, have the club's web site on it.

Thanks! I'm happy with it too, I'm actually glad Sarah chose that version instead of the alternative one I had. I do like it better, though I must admit that's my favorite Sunline logo in general.

Norm,

We had a larger decal printed (from a different print shop) to put on our spare tire cover, but the colors didn't turn out quite right.

Charlie suggested using a bumper sticker from CafePress, but I really wanted to keep it as close to original as possible. It would have been the same design except it said Solaris instead of Sunline.

It looks like you used a sticker (not the bumper sticker). How long has it been on and how is it holding up? I think we will use the oval sticker if it is vinyl instead of just paper and will last.

I think the construction of the oval sticker and the bumper sticker are the same.

I saw some of both at Buttonwood and noticed that the colors were fading out. I'm not sure how long those had been on there, but I believe the green was turning to more of a blue green and the red was fading out. It didn't fade like the originals did and it did so much faster, IMO.

If we could get the colors to match and hold up, we would buy several to replace the fading/peeling ones on the trailer and one for the tire cover.

Norm,
Where can I find those owner's stickers for $5. ?

Thanks,

Click on the "shop" tab at top. This takes you to CafePress. They have T-shirts, tote bags, the Sunline calendar, coffee mugs and all kinds of goodies with the Sunline logo.

Just waved at someone (around 1:00?) near the Berkshire Mall. Older model that looked like it might have 2 bunks in the back.

I saw a T-320SR on I81 northbound, close to the rest area and around 3pm.

It was being towed by something similar to a Chevy Tahoe and was seriously nose-down!

Where's JohnB when you need him?!?!?!?!

Spotted a Sunline last Wednesday about 9:30 am on Highway 63 traveling north between Moberly and Macon Missouri. My daughter took a photo but hasn't sent it to me yet. It was being towed by a black Nissan pickup.

Tuesday May 25. Southbound on Rt. 39 in the Village of Avon, NY. Had Maryland plates. I was in my work truck. Anyone from this club ?
