After 4 grueling hours at the dealer, we started on our first time towing a 5'er!
When we got there, Kitty was told "Let's go out there and you tell the guys what you want them to do." We pulled the 320 up, just in front of the 311 and unhooked from it for the final time. They used a forklift and positioned it door-to-door with the 311, so we could transfer all the junk across.
Naturally, I started checking things and found that the LP tanks had not been filled yet and one of them was an '02 vintage. Since we had an '05 on the 320, I swapped them. The salesman took both tanks and filled them. The broken battery vent cover had been replaced and a new group24 battery was installed. The unit was fairly clean on the outside, but would have turned out better in the summer months..
The tech came out and immediately started transferring the vent covers from the 320. He also put a new sprayer nozzle on the toilet rinser.
We left all the LED marker lights on the 320, but I pulled the LED stop-turn-tail lights and the LED backup lights. They were immediately put on the 311. We didn't have much daylight for pics, but managed to get a few.
All hitched up and ready to roll!!!
Kitty decided that the salesman and I needed to pose for a picture. Here I am, getting the keys to the 311..... For the second time...
