We went into town this evening, to buy back some of the parts that were missing in the T-299SR when we got it last week. The gentleman that we spoke to was very nice and had bought the parts for his Sunline.
Since his was a '78, the parts he got from the 299SR really didn't work too well. While talking to him, he mentioned that his Sunline was for sale. We thoroughly looked it over inside and made a quick walk-around of the outside, in the pouring rain.
The more I thought about it, the more I wanted it. I guess maybe I have Sunline fever now. It's a 1978 17 1/2SB and he wants $400 for it. The camper did have a water leak at one time, but it has been repaired. The ceiling is in rough shape, but we hope to possibly use some of the 299's ceiling in it.
We'll get some pics later, but I just wanted to post the good news about the newest addition to Kitty's Sunline collection. This will make owning three Sunlines at one time for her!

this sounds just like Cindy when I said lets keep the T2499. We could just do some short camping trips with it. It sort of went like this, " I'm not going back to the little camper now that we have the big camper! I like my space too much...." And yes she did mention space…
