lol, I didn't make it though! That was 100% Janet's work, and she has it in her signature now as well, but I'm just trying to spread the word more!

I haven't tried it yet, but JohnB agrees with you that it works much better. The site's search feature is very primitive and doesn't combine terms for searching. It just pulls results for each term listed.

Kathy, over the weekend I took the quest to the moderators forum about how to try and understand our search tool so we can create a thread on how to use it. In this process Janet created a custom Google search which fills in a lot of the missing things we do not yet seem to know how to do on the SOC search. The Google Custom search will be part of the new thread still in development.

The other part in this is I have actually figured out how to use some of the SOC search after understanding what certain terms mean and what I was doing wrong.

Look forward to a show and tell thread soon to come on how to better search SOC.

Why when I click on any link in SOC, I always get a page not found message?

Hi Jack,

It seems the old post above link to the Sunline Google custom search is broken. And I get the same error message.

But, click the link in my signature called "Google Custom Search For Sunline Owners Club." it should fire off a Google search box. I just tested it and mine works.

If you are having this issue on any link at all, that is a different issue. Let us know and we will see what we can do about this. Tell us what browser you are using, what type of computer you are running what version of operating system.

I still have the same problem. Dell Inspiring s76 computer windows 10. Or my iPad i think an an android system.
Both same problem. We will discuss next week. I will bring both along.
