Sunline monitoring of this site

Is there representation from the Sunline company as an active member of this community? I have been on other email reflector groups where the main subject (an equipment manufacturer) is actively monitoring and responding to users.

Positive for the manufacturer - they tend to get some new ideas for product improvement (often too many but all good)

Positive for the end user - there is a sense of better customer support

Just wondering if the Sunline company is on board here?

Hi Mark,

We really wish Sunline was here to monitor us. Some of us were active on forum when they were in business.

I myself had several direct conversations with them when we bought our first new Sunline in 2004. A very helpful company who cared about their customers and always willing to help. They would also customize their campers on special order if you wanted to go that route.
