Familiar with BerksMont Camping Center?

Souderton not far from Boyertown, anyone familiar with BerksMont Camping Center? they have a few Sunlines too. Thanks.

Geez. Looks like a ton of rot left on the floor that hasn't been ripped out yet, literally every picture has something questionable in it. Potential water damage and mold all over on the floor, inside the bathroom sink cabinet, in the bathroom, front wall/roof, and side wall by the door. Not to mention the two bad tires and wrinkled siding, that means buying tires just to get it home plus securing the siding.

This is really a complete tear down and rebuild project to make it safe to be inside of.

I would be a little afraid to tow it even with good tires. I think the siding issue is because there is nothing behind it.
