Laundry: Yes but not used. It appeared to have multiple coin operated washers and dryers.

Kid Friendly (Yes/No - Activities): Yes, see amenities listed below. Pool was not yet open for the season but was being prepped.

Pet Friendly (Yes/No): yes ...VERY. Lots of doggies.
Personal Comments: There are a LOT of campgrounds in the Gettysburg area and this one was large but not heavily trafficked while we were there, even though at nearly full capacity and we were on the "Main Street" loop through which mostly everyone drove through to enter and exit the campground. The nearby Admin building had the store and restrooms with 3 showers (wait for the hot water and it will come). The game room was also only a few sites away from ours but the included showers/restrooms were locked (presumably to open in conjunction with the pool.
Constant yet distant road noise from nearby US 15 (less than a hundred yards away) but not unbearable. The staff was friendly enough when spoken to but did not greet without being greeted.
It was a good location for launching day trips into nearby historic Gettysburg, PA with lots of battlefields/monuments and a bustling town center filled with free and pay museums and specialty stores. Please stop into Codori's House of Gifts located next to the Gettysburg Hotel on the circle and say hello to the owner, Jodie.
