Returned Sunline Owner

Just bought a used 2001 T2453 that spent most of it's life in the storage area at Thousand Trails. This will be my second Sunline, my first was a new 1990 24 footer that we used for 15 years. We sold it a few years back because we were building a new home and couldn't find time to travel. I went over this camper with a fine tooth comb and found only minor problems. The camper is still tight and there were no signs of leaks, so I feel pretty good about it even though it is 8yrs old. Needs two new decals--front and rear, but if they are too costly, I will just do without. Will try to make it to one of your members campouts to meet other Sunline owners.

Try to get into contact with Jay (MakersMark). He has some decals that he was selling (cheap) at the M&G. One of them is close to the one that is on your front rockguard.

Welcome to the group and back to the wonderful life of Sunline ownership. Im not sure exactly where your located in VA< but I'll dig out the atlas and take a look. Gary & I are right off I-81 near the VA/WV state lines. Maybe we're close enuff to get together for a weekend of camping.

And it there is anyway possible to join in one of the meet n greets, that would be just wonderful.

We are located 15 miles NE of Gloucester, VA. If you are familiar with where the Rappahannock River empties into the Chesapeake Bay, that is were we live. We moved down here from Warrenton, Va when I retired. I am in the process of making reservations for the Buttonwood M&G in 2010. Longtime friends of ours from back in Warrenton have been going for the past few years (Rich and Barb). So far the forums have come in real handy in solving several of my problems (the mysterious red switch outside the bathroom door). Thanks for the help.
