I want to add a second lighted pump switch in the bathroom so when I forget to turn on the front switch I can get water for flushing or washing.
This would work in paralel with the original.
The question: what is the color coding on the wires and are they located above the left wheel well? I could find this out by taking everything apart but hope you can save some exploring time.
Thanks,

The experience I've had with multiple pump switches is you'd have to have a spring loaded lighted rocker switch. This way, you press either one, and the light on both switches would come on, and also power the pump. I really can't help with the wiring part.

Hi Simon

If I remember right you had a 99 T2363. I do not know the left wheel well area you are refering to not having a T2363, but see if this helps any.

In 2004 both of my campers Sunline used Red for +12VDC and White for DC -. At the pump.

Here is a pic of my pump upgrade showing the wire colors in my T2499

However I do not know if you are after color codes at the pump or at the KIB panel switch, if that is what you have and what you are asking about.

Pending what year/model you have here is 2 KIB panels used in 2004. There web site shows the color codes on the back of the panel

If you have a KIB monitor panel they use violet on the pump circuit

Here is all more of there monitor panels http://www.kibenterprises.com/monitorpanels.html

Hope this helps

John

Also don’t know if this is Mr. Simon or Mrs. Simon but hello to both of you down there. Did you ever get that T2499 you where looking for?

Thanks, John
That's good information. My panel looks the same except that the heater switch is separate. The wiring codes should be the same.
I think my wiring runs under the Lav sink. I'll have to pull the panel beside the commode to see.
