Old Sunline in Virginia

I couldn't pass this old Sunline I saw while driving on rte. 340 in Boyce Virginia yesterday (If you're like me, you catch them out of the corner of your eye). Looks like it's been retired.
It might be 1980's, judging by the logo and the tan siding, but the windows have rounded corners, so it's probably late 80's. I'm sure Jon would know.

Looks to me, as if someone may be living in it. There are blocks under the rear, where stabilizers would be and the antenna is up. There is also a concrete pad at the base of the steps...

In the pictures, unit looks in good shape. The rear door is open for a reason I'm sure.
