Notify by email when theres a new post?

Hello, is there a way to be notified by email when there is a new post to the board? I have the option checked to get an email when someone replies to my post but I would like to know when there is a new post anywhere on the forum.

I've never seen that option, but there is the option to watch topics for replies. Below and to the left side, is a link.. Does this help?
