Hi there, I am new to the club and new to camping. My wife and I just purchased a 1994 T-1700. We have been looking for campers for a while but have not been able to find one we could pull with the mini van. Our Sunline is is mint condition for its age. We are looking forward to many fun trips in our new toy.

I actually grew up 5 minutes from Sunlines Denver plant. I also worked for them for about 5 years in the late 90s. I don't know how much I remember about specific trailers but I may be able to help with any general construction questions. I was working for them part time while in shool so I actually ended up working in almost every department. We built a quilty product that I was always proud to be a part of. Now I am happy to be able to count myself among the owners.

New to Club

I feel funny saying "Welcome" since we just joined yesterday as well, but "Welcome".

I am also new to this form of communication and am still trying to figure it all out. I'm on many Yahoogroups, but this is much different.

Happy Trails to you and your wife!

Darlene & Nick

Welcome aboard man!

I'm sure Sunlinefan will be picking your brain soon, as he's our official Sunline historian..

I hope you get to make it to the Sunline rally in June.. I was a firefighter/EMT for 18 years.. Fire stories are MUCH better than fishing stories!

Fireman,

Welcome to the group and congratulations on your Sunline purchase. You will find a wealth of information available on this site, and meet the friendliest, most help people you'd ever imagine.

WOW, to have been able to work at Sunline, that had to be so exciting. And now you own your own, CONGRATS.

You need to check out the post for the June Meet n Greet in Mexico, PA. Hopefully it would be possible for you to attend.

Please check out Sunline Fans "Sunline Registry"

As you read thru the site you will see that many of us have had to do some major Sunline repairs, and a lot of it was guessing "how to" dismantle, reach & fix. Your working time at Sunline might be VERY helpful to some owners in need of "help".

Welcome! I currently live 7 minutes from the old factory. Mr. Tweety and I were just discussing the fact that you can still faintly see where the Sunlines sat in the grass before being shipped out to dealers. You were probably at the factory when we brought one of our 2 cub scout dens through for the tour! Or maybe you were on duty for the Garden Spot Marathon - Mr Tweety just ran in the relay. It's a small world and in our area FULL of Sunlines! Welcome, and we hope to see you at Buttonwood.
