Hi - New in Port Angeles, Wa

This is our first RV - 1979 Datsun Sunline Solaris
VIN# EHL-620-403663-S23979

Would appreciate any info about motorhome, also any tips & tricks for taking road trips in it

Just purchased on Ebay - we haven't even seen it yet - it's at our son's
house in Pa. - first trip will be to pick it up and bring it home.

Wow that's an oldie but goodie! Welcome to the club. If you can make the trip to pick it up during the Buttonwood Meet & Greet we'd love to have you. You'll be the only Datsun MH there, and being from WA too I think that would give you celebrity status :wink:

Welcome! Thanks for the VIN submission!

You are indeed the very first member to have a Solaris. When you get it, I'm curious if you could search around for some data that I've never had the opportunity to find before. Particularly I'm curious if there is a VIN plate or a Sunline serial plate under the RV entry door sill plate. I'm also curious if there are any type of stickers anywhere, either for Sunline or Datsun.

Thanks for the welcome. Still no firm date for when we will be able to pick up the MH, but will be happy to look for whatever you want when we do. Should be able to send pictures of the results if that would help. Will keep you posted.
