Sorry to hear about your plumbing/flooring woes!
Can you tell us what model your trailer is? That will help in determining what's going on.

If your floor is getting "spongy" that may be a sign of water damage:cry:

Is there any discolorization (yellowing) on the vinyl? Another sign of water leak!

Have you checked for any leaks from the frig?

There should be a small "hose" protruding from the frig vent outside - they become very brittle and break - which would then cause the water to drip inside onto the floor vs. outside down the side of the trailer. I'd check the obvious first!

Looking at your floor plan which is similar to mine. There are several possibilities. Your outside city water inlet is behind refrig. your outside shower, if equipped is in same area. All pluming running to kitchen sink runs through that area also. Possibility, if not winterized properly, you could have ea line leak in that area. I would pressurize system and do a leak down test. If it leaks down you have a crack somewhere in your water system. if leak down test shows ok then you have water intrusion from outside. A leaking roof seam, a hole in roof membrane or a leaking window, or vent.

Good luck

How do I Get to the plumbing from underneath the camper without cutting the membrane?the floor is wet only in a small area along the steel support beam.I need a place to start any suggestions.my bathroom is in the back of the camper, the fridge and city water inlet are near the spot.

plumbing cant be got to from underneath. Because of possible freezing of lines it's all inside. First thing to check is your refrigerator drain tube which can be accessed to from outside by removing refrig. compartment door. water dripping from cooling fins drip into a tray and drains through a tube to outside by protruding through door.
Secondly water lines can be accessed by removing drawers under refrig., stove or outside shower.
Post model of trailer so we know floor plan. That will help allot in diagnosing problem.

floor plan very similar to mine. By soggy you mean water on floor or floor soft? "Is your vinyl turning color in front of frig.? like I said earlier water lines in that are on top of floor. Your converter is under refrig with a drawer above? your lines are behind converter. Do you have outside shower in that area? taking shower box out give you access to lines. BUT if you have water line leak the area will be a flood zone. I'm thinking some other problem.
Other things to check is your vent cover for refrig. Is it OK? taking off vent cover will allow you to check caulking around vent. check your rain gutter is clear. check sealant along gutter looking for cracks in sealant, good place for leaks.

the floor is spongy and yes the vinyl turned a darker color in that spot.the outside shower is in the rear of the camper.there isnt any water on top of the vinyl just underneath it the floor board is wet.I cut the vinyl to check and the spot isnt huge.
