DUAL UPDATES:
Update no. 1 The neighbor's keys did not work on any of the locks. I brought a new door and deadbolt but have yet to install it. It was getting late in the season by the time I found them so maybe once it warms up. This the 2nd set I purchased; the first installed okay (with a slight adjustment to the door knob hole but the key would work so it was returned for the current set not installed yet.

I am still on the look out for an 8-12' awning (preferably an in good condition hand-me-down/freebie) from a retired travel trailer from an owner on the East Coast near NH.
