Lights get dim then bright

Never had any problems with lights before, but the first time using the trailer this year the lights get dim and then bright. have looked at fuses and breakers in side the trailer and all look good. Every think else inside works, but the heater blower will slow down when light dim ,but does not effect the radio. open for help !!!!
