LCD mount Vesa ???

Looking for a wall mount for my (24 ") LCD TV.

Mounting holes on the back of the TV are approx. 4" apart Vertically, and 8 " apart horizontally.

I see backets listed 100mm X 200mm, and 200mm X 100mm, I believe I want one of these, or are they both the same ???

Any info appreciated.
