A Prime Site for $50 a day you get: Water/Electric/Sewer (50/30/20-amp), cable, WiFi, BBQ grill, patio, patio furniture, daily newspaper, 1 bundle firewood per day. A "regular" site is less $. Oh yes, that brook is a good size river.
