Hello All,

I just wanted to introduce myself. I am planning on a picking up my first travel trailer this weekend. I've got my eye on a 2005 T-1950. I've been reading up on this model in the forums, so hopefully, there aren't going to be many surprises when I get there to inspect it.

I also wanted to thank Jon for helping me out with some things to keep an eye out for. I will update with pictures when I get back from my trip.

Welcome Jared! Any time you ever have any questions about it, never hesitate to ask.

Hopefully we can see you and Jeff at the Midwest M&G!

Jon

Welcome JaredB. I'ts just the two of us and we find the T-1950 to be the perfect size. Easy to tow, park and set up. Just the right size. We've loved it for 4 seasons now.

You've found the perfect place to answer any questions you might have.

Hi JaredB

Welcome and hope your camper hunting goes well. New Coaches are good times. :)

And yes, post us some pics if you get it. We look forward to seeing Sunline in action. 8)

Good luck! My wife and I bought a T-1950 last spring and took it on a 35 day, 7000 mile, 15 state road trip. It's a great layout and a great size. We love it! My mind is already on the summer road trips...with +1 this year. Should make for fun new adventures! Post up pics of the new TT when you get her!

Picked it up over the weekend. I has a couple minor issues, but overall is in good condition. Definitely had an interesting drive in NY, PA, OH and MI with all the storms this weekend.

Congratulations! Glad it worked out for you!

Congrats Jared!! :D The coach looks great!

, NY, PA,OH and MI. Sounds like a trip across I80? Which end is home? NY or MI?

Your Sunline adventures now begin!

Thanks for sharing your new camper with us.

John,

Jared is my 10-years-younger brother. He lives here in MI just a few miles from me. He has spent many a night in my previous 3 sunlines so he's no stranger to the brand. I suggested the 1950 would be a great unit for a single guy and let me tell you, they are not easy to find in decent shape AND for a reasonable price.

Jeff and Jared

Thanks for the info. We can add you two to the Sunline brothers we have here on the forum.

Yes the camper looks great from the pic’s. And yes it is worth it to drive 4 states to get a good one. We drove a 1,000 miles round trip to get the T310SR in north Reading PA and was glad we found it.

With the age of the internet and some hunt and peck skills on the web can turn up most anything now a days. Email and digital pics then help fill in the rest.

Happy camping

John
