I got here as fast as I could!

I prefer the flat ones they direct the light where you need it the tower bulbs don't so much. My little T1700 had 13 bulbs they drew 23 amp when they were all on I now have 15 LEDs (mostly custom homemade fixtures) they draw 3.08 amps.

Just a note about the above post that I forgot to make back then, so I guess this is a long term follow-up.

I ended up ordering a couple of packs these warm white LEDs from Amazon soon after I had asked about bulbs in this thread and although they came with a couple of non-working duds, overall, they were exactly the look I was going for. I put one of them in a double light fixture and it was nearly identical to the incandescent bulb beside it but just a little less bright. Zero heat comes off of these LEDs and I have yet to have one of them burn out on me, almost two years later.

As a side note, I had previously bought a two pack of bright white LEDs from WalMart as a test but we didn't like the very bright whiteness of them for most of the light fixtures in the camper so I put them over the kitchen sink where the extra brightness worked perfectly!

Apparently, there's now a second generation that came out in 2018 that is supposed to be improved but I can't speak to that. Maybe the reviews will help, based on the dates.

Anyhow, I forgot to count the outside fixtures when I placed the original order so I am ordering a six pack to replace the incandescents around the exterior and have some spares in the event any of them ever goes bad which, fingers crossed, hasn't happened yet.

OTOH, maybe those VERY bright WalMart bulbs are what I need outside. Hmm.

And so it goes. The T-1950 is on its way to a new home in Jersey. A young couple and their dog are the new owners. I sent them a link to SOC. Maybe they'll join.

I'm back to being a one Sunline owner. The front yard hasn't looked so empty in a long time.
