Hi Folks, We are new to the forum but old hands with Sunline. Our first one was a 1986 30 footer, kept it for 11 years before selling it. Not a problem one, never leaked. Never had so much as a flat tire.
Our present unit is an 2005 T-267 SR. We tow it with an 2004 F 150 Lariat Crew Cab. Not a problem, Reese Hitch keeps it straight with no sway at all. For a fairly heavy unit it tows very well.
Only problem was the Chinese tires that came with it, one blew out damaging wheel well, the other three buldged out just sitting in our yard.
Replaced with Goodyear Marathons, made in USA.
We toured the factory just before they closed down. I sure let them know about the tires, they said the chassis manufacturer put them on.
I suggested they spec out the tires they put on, oh well.
Bottom line we love the trailer and plan on keeping it as long as we camp.
Glad to see we are not alone based on all the folks joining this forum/club.

Hi Ken

Welcome! Glad to have you with us and hear about our Sunline adventures.

A 1986 30 footer, wow that was really long back then. Not to many of them.

Happy camping.

John

Welcome, Ken & Donna. Thank goodness someone is now newer than we are to the group.

We are heading down to Florida in January, we might cross paths someplace along the way.

Welcome to the group, Ken & Donna

Nice to have you join the group. Even though your in Florida, I'd like to invite you to check out the Buttonwood Meet n Greet information. It is a wonderful gathering of great Sunline owners & their rigs.

This IS the place to post anything concerning your Sunline, as we all love to hear about our wonderful coaches. Whether it be a repair issue, a general question, a helpful tip, and most importantly, upgrades/improvements. WE LOVE MODIFICATIONS

Welcome Ken & Donna! Nice to see more folks from down here in the South.

Sorrento FL... you live close to my brother in Longwood. We camp in central Florida sometimes... as a matter of fact we'll be down there camping next April. Bob Frederick Park @ Turkey Lake.

Maybe our paths will cross!
