Heading to Maine this week

Vacation time is finally getting here. Thursday we are heading out to Acadia National Park. I checked the TT and truck out this weekend. My wife and I were there many years ago. Before kids and we spent a week there in a tent. Now we have am 11 year old daughter, a 7 year old son and a 4 year old Old English Sheepdog. I can't wait. The kids are going to love it there. We're figuring 2 days travel. We'll get there late Friday then we're leaving for home on the 24th. We're staying at the KOA on Mt Desert Island.

Acadia Nat'l. Park

Hi DF4.6,
I envy you. Acadia Nat'l Park is one of our goals. My brother in-law and his wife went there last year and loved it. They live in Minnesota and were gone for 3 weeks. Please take some pics and post them here. I'd love to see them. We live in CA so any trip we make to the East coast is going to have to be well planned to take in as many sites as we can.
