I have an 1985 Atwood Hydroflame with a manual ignition/pilot in my camper. it will light and ignite the main burner, but after the heating cycle, the pilot is out. I had the furnace in my garage previously for maintenance and checked it with an older regulator hooked up and it operated as it should after several heating and cool down cycles. (I connected / disconnected thermostat wires to simulate a thermostat switch)
Any suggestions as to what to look at or look for before I pull it out of the camper again? I'll probably replace the thermocouple as a precaution, but if that was bad, I wouldn't get it lit in the first place.

If is working on the bench off the rig with a different regulator but not installed on the rig I would be looking at the regulator on your rig before pulling it out again.
