Able to sleep up to six when including couch and dinette as beds. Sale includes complete Equalizer sway control hitch model# 90-00-0600 rated for the T-2553 weight. Easily towed with a half-ton pickup.
Lightly used and professionally maintained. All four tires replaced in 2010. Electric trailer hitch jack installed in 2010. New plywood & rubber roof was professionally installed in August 2017 and inspected and caulked with roof manufacturers materials as needed each year since. Dual batteries installed in 2018. All interior lights changed to LED bulbs in 2021. Toilet water hose connection line was replaced in 2022. All appliances working, full manual awning works and in okay condition. Winterized, covered and stored outside in winter.
