this is pretty sad, isnt ? this has been flowting around on rv.net for a few weeks now , at first it looked like thay were just going to do away with the travel trailer divison , but about a week later they announced that the whole company is going the way side , I only hope that the misfortune of the companys that have gone under can strengthen the remaining ones so that they can weather this bad economy lets hope ! Not good. If Monaco and Fleetwood totally go out it is gonna really hurt. There is also going to be a ripple effect just like in the Auto industry. Dexter, Alko, Dometic, Suburban, Atwood, etc and all the other companies that support the RV industry are going to be hurt when 2 of the big guys go under.

Seems we need to start counting who is left?

Some that are in the TT line up

Suunybrook
Jayco
Northwood (Artic Fox and Nash)
Komfort
Skyline
Forest River and the endless brands they have.
Thor and there brands.

Now I have to really start thinking hard who is left? Forest River and Thor have a lot of brands under there umbrella.

add KZ, Heartland ,Keystone,Crossroads,Hy-Line,and Great Lakes Rv(new brand from previous Fleetwood plant) to the survivors list, as of now anyway

....and HiLo is still in business, though of course with smaller companies you seldom hear anything until something REALLY bad comes along.
