Chocks

We need some tire chocks. Thinking about these:

Will they fit the T-1950?
Should one chock be installed on each side, or is one enough?

here is my homemade version of those chocks I have two of them but usually only use one and then the plastic chocks on the other side,I'm not sure of the wheel spacing on your camper but I would think they will fit.

I researched and tried several chock systems and settled on the RotoChocks. IMO, they performed better than their all metal counterparts. In addition, they are lighter, lockable and look a little nicer.

Since stablization is a key element of a chock, two is advisable.

I have 4 of the cheap camping world plastic chocks i put one on each tire from the inside so the chocks are facing away from each other. I give them a tap with a hammer and there is no movement very cheap and works well.

We had some leftover 2x10 lumber that DH cut into chock sized pieces and stained to protect it from wetness. One end of the piece is cut at an angle and goes up against the tire. Free and works great.

I went the homemade wood route. Work great. I have an old ratchet wrench and deep socket to use on them.

Using 1 on each side helps take out some of the wiggle in the TT as people walk around.

Plus when I am up on wood blocks to level out the TT, The plastic wedge blocks do not work unless you have long boards. I had a long board system once until it kicked up and allmost took out my dump valve. Now I use the short ones.

The store bought metal ones I sure work well too. Good luck
