Can't access files I posted????

For some reason When I go to the "Files" page I can download everybody else's files ...but not the ones I submitted. I get the denied access message...what's up with that? I need access to the Emerson Radio/Cassette stereo system file because I'm trying to get info to a fellow Sunliner who's helping me figure out the wiring.
