Here are some options for your crew doing the lower rear wall repair. This area:
They can reproduce what it there if wanted, or there are these alternatives.
On a 2007 T286SR. The rot did not reach as high, but still there.
Draw a straight line across above all the rotted wood on the wall studs. Ideally, cut off at standard lumber sizes if needed. Trim all studs. Resin treat the wallboard as needed.
Pocket hole screw (Kreg screw) the new 2 x 4 to the wall studs.
Install new 2 x 4.
Same process on a 2006 T264SR. Some of the short 2 x 4's above had to be replaced as needed.
As found.
As repaired.
