OK I am new to Sunline......I know they went out of business and all but I just googled the model we are buying and on google images I found a place in Montreal and Quebec City that has a bunch of Sunlines. Check out this website:

They look that look to be brand new, never used, toilets still covered, all the tags/labels in place. Is that possible?

Yep, it is possible. There are still new Sunlines out there looking for a home. Many buyers were scared away after the shut down, mainly due to the lack of a warranty. Just this past Summer we looked at a brand new T-2499 at a dealer on the Jersey Shore. So they are still out there.

Don't let the lack of a manufacturer scare you off. The Sunlines are very well built. We've owned two other trailers before getting this one, and walked through a hundred others. As soon as we walked into a Sunline, my wife said "This is it."
We bought ours knowing they were shut down. Not a single problem yet.
(Okay, one little one). The fill hose for the fresh water tank came loose.
I wouldn't hestitate to recommend a Sunline to people I like, much less to a stranger on the internet.

I'm not too worried that Sunline is no longer....I was just amazed that there are still brand new units out there still. We are buying a used 05 264 and i had to scratch my head for a moment and ask myself new vs used.

I have been a fan of Sunline fit and finish for years, and in the floorplan of the 264. So much so that in 2003 we almost ordered one loaded with all the options we wanted, but just couldnt get the nerve to sign the purchase agreement for $27,000.

Now the time is right, the price is right, and it feels right. I'm anticipating and hoping that in the future I will be praising the qualtity as much as the rest the folks on this forum!

We bought our new Sunline knowing they were out of business too but didn't worry. We already knew the quality, the dealer gave us the three year warrenty in writing so he wasn't worried about it and all the appliances, roof, floor, exle, etc were guaranteed by the manufactures.

In two seasons so far, the quality shows. We've been to several RV shows since we bought ours and still can say we made a wise decision. Can't find anything we'd like better for what we need.
