I have found this forum an invaluable resource and would like to share anything that I have that is of use to the community.
I have some files that I don't see listed (converter info) that I would like to share with the community, and Steve Collins (who is always helpful), suggested that I post this to the files section. Well, I downloaded them in JPG format, and they never got approved, I guess because they were in JPG. So, I thought since I have Word 2007, I did that little easy file change thing that allows you to convert jpg to pdf, which Steve explained in an earlier email was probably the best format.... and the file still has not been approved.
I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong, whether the file is unreadable, indeed whether the file even got to whoever approves files.
Is it the policy for whoever is in charge of approving files to give some feedback to a person that submits data sheets that lets the submitter know the status of the file in question; ie, that it must be reformatted or altered in whatever way necessary in order to to be posted. If the material can not be approved then, again, is the person who submits it notified as to why it is unsuitable for posting?
