Anyone near MD/PA Border?? 2007 T-2363

If you're interested in that one...

Maybe you could send the owner a deposit and a cover to hold it until you get back from Arizona?
I'm in SE PA right on the MD line but I don't see that in my list when I search. I'm limited to a 100 mile radius.

Good idea but I won’t be back in Michigan until June. Plus Then would have to drive to MD. I am concerned about the condition of it now since he stored it this Winter outside and no cover

I know this one!

Joan,

I had looked at this unit since it had the smooth fiberglass exterior (SE Upgrade). I'd love to get a 1950 or a 2363 with the fiberglass exterior.

However, the roof was leaking badly! water was dripping from the light housings! When I pressed on the rubber roof, the 1/8" underlayment was completely gone (rotted away)! Also, I almost fell through the floor as it was rotted badly as well.

The owner texted me today saying he's lowering the price to $3500 because of the poor condition, but I still felt that repairing the roof would be cost-prohibitive (probably more than a new RV).

I think it has sold today, FYI. I feel bad for whomever purchased it. Be glad you didn't put a deposit on it sight unseen. I hope this info help out!

Wow your right. What a shame to let a beautiful camper like that go to ruin

Funny cause I told him I was concerned about water leaks when he said it was outside uncovered and asked if he had checked it with a moisture meter and of course his answer was no.

Anyways, thanks for the info so I know that with this one I can be glad it “got away”
