Another update on Kitty

After spending 24 hours in Sunny due to the power outage, Kitty started coughing very badly and had a fever. I called 911 and had her taken to the hospital. They thought she may have had an infection at her chemo port, but a chest x-ray revealed that she has pneumonia. She is a room now and on oxygen. She is also getting albuterol treatments, to help her breathe. Please keep the prayers coming. I probably won't be online much. Kitty has her phone with her, if anyone would like to give her a ring.

Prayers for healing. Is it possible that the pneumonia is what caused the pain Kitty was experiencing? She said the doctors didn't think the pain was related to her fall. Hopefully it's not caused by the cancer and the treatment for the pneumonia with remedy it.

Amazingly, Kitty was allowed to go home today!

Her doc came in her room and told her that he could see no evidence of pneumonia! Talk about some quickly answered prayers!!!!

We just got home from several days of camping and saw the news about Kitty. We were very happy to read Gary's latest post that Kitty was able to go home and that they were not able to see any signs of Pneumonia. Kitty will remain in our thoughts and prayers and we will be sending her good wishes and hope she gets better soon.

I'm home and still kicking, not gonna let things get me down, I've Got CAMPING TO DO !!!

I feel really well, BUT, I'm being good and have done nothing but take a shower and walk into living room and use computer. My girlfriend even brought lunch. Also got a great phone call today but will have to tell you about that later, as I need to tell Gary first.

Get that fur riled up on Kitty and she fights back, hum, might have to grow some retractable claws, hehe.
