almost new owner of 264, pros/cons of 264?

Hello all....always wanted a 264, found a 2005 in great condition this weekend. Argeed/signed off to purchase from a small dealer today. This forum is filled with alot of wonderful information that I have been using to educate myself on this purchase. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and experiences.

My question is with the 2005 264 model and/or Sunline in general, is there anything I should be aware of or watch out for before I take delivery?

Welcome!

The 2005 T264SR, that is a fine unit. I think it is an 8,600# GVWR rated camper if I recall right. No issues with that size TT and year that I am aware of.

Other then the Dometic fridge recall. Ask the dealer to make sure the recall was done on it for you. It is free and can be done at any Dometic repair dealer but if you get it already done, then you will not have to worry about. That age camper will need the recall done on it like many here on the forum.

You are correct 8600# GVWR. The Dometic recall has been done allready. Might be a while before we get her home and take pictures, shes 4 hours away right now, hopefully by the end of February she'll come to her new home and new family.
