So I got back from a 400 mile round trip to pickup my third Sunline. I bought a an '04 T-1950.
I have a long list of mods that are in store for her. Interior comforts and exterior eye candy. Really looking forward for the spring and some camping along the coast of the SC low country.

Congratulations and welcome to the club! Check out our Meet & Greets. Maybe you can make it north this summer.

Congrats on the new TT. I just purchased a 2007 T-1950 and this is my first TT. Just wondering what mods you're doing. Being my first TT I look forward to learning from experienced owners like yourself.

Welcome to the (Multiple) Sunline owner's club Scott! Please let us see all the mods and in-use pics of your new-to-you Sunny!

Mods are aluminum wheels, plexiglass the screen door, ladder, bike rack for rear bumper. Interior include mounting a flat panel and direct tv receiver. Upgrade speakers.

We love out T-1950, perfect for two people. Mod's we made: shelves in the two cabinets, one now is a pantry next to the fridge. I added the plexiglass in the door for a better view, I added a battery (two fit on the frame) and I added a spare tire rack on the bumper. I also put some lower wattage lamps in some of the fixtures to conserve battery and added an accumulator tank on the water system to smooth out the water flow and conserve power because the pump comes on once until the pressure's up and turns off instead of many stops and starts drawing top amperage each time. Being careful the two batteries last 5 or 6 nights without a problem. I add a third temporarily when I need more time or when I'm using the heater.

Search these forums, somewhere there's an article about a bumper falling off because of a bike rack. There's a 100# limit on the bumper and the torque of a bike rack amplifies that. I put two bikes inside on a tarp.
