Hi tk,
No worries, we are here to help. The 2000 T-280SR front kitchen floor plan is also a popular camper.
Your camper was set up from Sunline on a 30 amp 125 volt AC shore line power cord. The 30 amp 125 volt AC plug on the end of the cord is special for RVs called out as a NEMA TT-30P. The 30 amp 125 VAC outlet (receptacle) is a NEMA TT-30R number.
NOTE: That plug is for a 125 VAC power only and "not" the older 220 VAC-looking dryer plug. Please don't hook the camper to a 220 VAC power source; it will damage the system. This is a common problem among folks new to or unfamiliar with RV electrical. Even some electricians unfamiliar with this unique RV plug miss this and hook it up to 220 volts.
If you are at home and do not have a 30-amp outlet installed, you can buy an adapter on the end of the cord to give you 15 amps on a typical home wall outlet. This allows you to run the power converter, fridge, water pump, furnace, etc., but you are limited to 15 amps.
You cannot run the roof AC unit on this smaller 15 amp adapter because there is insufficient power. You may also not be able to run the microwave or the water heater, on electric, (if your water heater has the 125 VAC option, ) as the combined power may trip the home 15 amp breaker if other AC items are also on in the camper.
Many places, lumber yards, hardware stores, Walmart, etc., sell these 30-amp female to 15-amp male adapters; any RV dealer also has them, which are common. Here is one on Amazon.

I hope this helps,
